Thank you to all of our Young Professional Networks (YPNs) and Local Associations for making a difference in our communities by participating in the C.A.R. YPN Month of Giving! This annual initiative encourages members to engage in charitable events throughout the month of August across California. It’s a powerful way to highlight just how much REALTORS® contribute to their communities in meaningful, hands-on ways.
Let’s make August 2025 the biggest Month of Giving yet—you choose the cause and dates, and we’ll support you with the marketing!
Choose Your Cause
Select a charitable organization, event, or cause in your area that resonates with your group. Promote it within your Local Association and/or YPN and gather members to join the effort.

The C.A.R. YPN Leadership and Advisory Board hosted its first-ever 2018 Month of Giving event statewide in support of the Housing Affordability Fund (HAF), raising over $4K in as little as four weeks. In honor of the 5th annual Month of Giving, C.A.R. YPN will host a fundraiser on behalf of C.A.R.’s Disaster Relief Fund. The Disaster Relief Fund helps members of the REALTOR® family who have incurred substantial loss due to natural disasters. We hope you can to participate in this year's event and help C.A.R. YPN reach its fundraising goal. Click here to donate today!
